If you have knee problems walking fast is not a good idea. You can cause it to become worse. However, find a comfortable pace and just enjoy your walk. Walking is more important than the speed.

Knee problems shouldn't really affect the way you walk unless it's serious. If it is serious then you can't walk fast. If it isn't then just start walking fast. Slowww pokkee.♥jaykay.

Depends on the type of knee problems. I've heard of people who've taken up martial arts and have strengthened their knees like that. I've heard of people who went barefoot and strengthened their knees like that.

try to walk fast over time you will walk faster. but if it hurts your knee don't do it.
