Hey what about Xena. Planet X or if you prefer UB313...doesn't she count.
Or do we have to wait for the IAU to make a decision in September. As I recall Pluto was discovered in 1930 but it took years for everyone to agree that it was a planet. It wasn't until 1999 that the IAU (International Astronomical Union) officially ruled that Pluto was a planet.
