The Middle East isn't exactly the most comfortable place on earth. Maybe the climate is what makes people who live there prone to killing each other over who has the better sky pixie {tm}.

Why not make it Anarctica while you are at it? How about the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean?

God doesn't make it inhospitable. The people who live there do that.

Maybe he did so because that is where it seems the world by start to end as well since man has created many problems by trying to control the middle east and ripe the people of their rights. Before Israel there was some peace there after that state was carved from another man's land it caused so much trouble and still does today. People do not live in the bottom of the ocean or in Anarctica why put it there. I feel middle easterners are nice and kind maybe because my country does not try to mess with them befriends them and gives advice that they are not forced to take my the Western world.

The current location of the Holy Land was not always so inhospitable. There is a reason this area was originally termed the Fertile Crescent.

Read some history.

I think what makes them prone to killing each other is the constant breeding within thier own kind. It's like thoroughbred dogs, or horses, they're all high strung.
