My parents both died within the last year. My step sister has moved into their home. She basiclly told me that if I did not come to pick up the things she said I could have, on a certain day. I could not have anything. I could not go on that day, so she gave my mothers things to other people. Or she threw them away.
As trustee does she have the right to do these things. And now that everything is gone her lawyer said there is nothing that I can do about it.
Can I sue her for the way she has handled the division of our parents property? Or do I just have to take it? As Trustee was it her right to divide property not specificly listed in the trust at her discresion?

From asking a few simple questions people are making vast assumptions on my life. How is that possible... They think my name is simon for goodness sake. They become hostile and abusive very quickly. Are they not at peace with themselves? Do they have some crazy internal battle that they project into the world? Is this rudeness and insults really required? It is a good thing that I choose who I associate with.

Would someone PLEASE put the contrast ratios is order from best to worse starting with the best contrast ratio. i think the ratios are 1200:1, 800:1, 3000:1, 400:1. There may be more but those are the ones i know. Most of all i just want to know which is better 800:1 or 1200:1?

How do you know your true voice type....soprano mezzo-soprano contralto tenor baritone or bass............I am 14 and I am an experienced singer. I have to move at the end of the month. Originally I was going to move in with a coworker who is purchasing a townhome. The rent would be $625, utilties included. Except last week he ran into some problems closing on the house. Just in case I started looking at other options. I found a place with the same rent, but a bigger bedroom (master's bedroom with my own personal bathroom), also includes utilities. All the other amenities are the same. Now I'm not sure what to do! Since my coworker hasn't closed on his mortgage yet (85% that it'll happen), I'm afraid if I give up on this other apt option then finds out he can't purchase the place, I'll only have one week to find another place to live. The benefit of renting from my coworker is that he's trustworthy and I wont' have to worry about a thing. The benefit of renting from this other place is that I'll get more space and my own private bathroom, but live with strangers. Help! What would you do?

My son has had a tiny willy since birth. He had a bit of trouble with a tight foreskin but this is now much better. He is quite talll for his age, but i noticed that my friends and sisters boys all had bigger willies than him. Even my sisters baby has a willy the same size and he's not even 1 yet!! The doctor says just to wait as he hasn't finished growing yet, but it hasn't even really started to grow in the first place. Even the health visitor admitted it was unusual for it to be so small at this age but said that it was the doctors decision whether or not anything can be done. She has asked on a couple of occasions whether there could be an underlying problem, but he is reluctant to investigate unless it is affecting his bladder control.

Its really hard to toilet train him as he wants to stand up and wee but can't hold it properly. He gets really frustrated and i feel so sorry for him as i know how cruel other children can be when he goes to school. Has anyone else had this??

Would the world be a safer and kinder place if no one ever made up religions? They seem to be the cause of alot of death and wars over something petty as a belief in where they came from. Can anyone explain the aches and pains associated with varicose veins? I have them behind both of my knees and i am experiencing cramps in my knees and achy lower legs. i just had a baby in may so that may contribute to it according to the websites that i researched. Any feedback is helpful
