The answer is...someone, who has a really sensitive sense of smell, went to an asian restaurant or happened to be in the vicinity of some asian food and smelled something that, in their head, made them think of something extremely foul. This would've had to have been the worst thing they've ever smelled in order for them to hate Asians for something they have no control over. Now when he or she talks to an Asian person, he or she associates the smell of the Asian person's breath with the foul smell he or she remembers. The people who ask that question can't see that, every once in a while, they'll run into anybody of any race with bad breath. Just stop hating.
