First of all, your lashes. Since they're long curl them with a heated curler for thirty seconds then put a lash tint on, so it doesn't weigh down the eye, black is best. Next is you shadow, try to avoid smokey as it makes eyes appear smaller instead go with a light shimmer wash that either complements your eye or is a neutral and highlight with a lighter color on the inner and outer corners of the eye and under the brow. Lastly, line the inner rims of your eyes with a white liner, on the bottom and also the top lid. Oh and if you haven't already, tweeze your brows, it opens up the whole eye area.

I am in the same situation as you. Some one told me that a black eye liner will make the eyes look bigger and i use a black Mascara by Shu Uemura that makes my lashes and eyes look big and all you see is the color of the eye. As for eye shadow I go for any color i feel like waring. I don't limit my self to certain colors, I will try anything.

when you use the eyeliner trace your upper lid above your lashes, but only do 1/2 or a 1/3 of your lower lashes, from the out side in toward your nose. Then it highlights the shape of your eye. I do not recomend BLACK or brown because these colors are known to have a "slimming" effect.
I use teal and moss greens, with NO SHADOW,as this makes your eyelids look heavy and will distract from you beautiful eyes.

Okay, so, you're lucky you have those lashes.

1. Make sure your eyebrows are shaped correctly for your face, go to a makeup counter (Lancome, Clinique, Perscriptives, Chanel, Sephora, etc) and they will help you with that, those cheap, hole-in-the-wall waxing salons don't know jack

2. Like others before me have said, use white eyeliner, it opens the eye up

3. This is the most important step, use an eyelash curler, it will show more of the eye, which makes it look bigger

Good luck hun

If you put on a white eyeliner it makes the eye appear bigger and us a lite color eye shadow close to the eye brow.

For one, I envy you for having naturally long lashes! lol.
Don't wear (dark) eyeliner. Instead try settling for light brown and make sure to line the top of your eye with a very thin line and extend the end to give your eyes a wider and longer look. Highlight the rims of your eyes with white eyeliner or a shimmery white shadow. Also avoid dark eyeshadows, they tend to close in on the eyes and make them look smaller. Go for mauves, neutrals, and pinks.

So much depends on the shape of your eye and the way you use shadow to enhance the shape. Color is important also.

the colors depend on the color of your eyes. but you can use a liner pencil (browns usually work well) and line the OUTER rims of your eyes, not the inner part.

What about wearing lens? Some lenses make your eyes look bigger.
