I told myself I'd never get one done but my boobs are just to saggy. They used to be like an E no joke! Now they are a 32 D. Even though they are still big there is a lot of extra skin and they are just not tight and firm like they should be on a 19 year old. I want to get them lifted. Would you do it? I think it might be risky, but I think about it almost everyday.

When I ask people what they don't like about me they say my boobs. That makes me feel bad. I agree that they are my worst feature. I am so close to looking exactly how I want. That is the only thing getting in the way.

do it, you're so close to attaining self perfection, why let someone's opinion get in your way. if i were you i would do it. i asked a similar question a few weeks ago or so. after breastfeeding both of my children you could imagine the job they did. i'm only 22 and if i had the money i would enlarge/lift these babies in a heartbeat.good luck. make yourself happy, that's what matters.

I am personally against them. I see the following disadvantages for boob jobs compared to natural breasts:

1) From a guy perspective, altered breasts just don't feel natural at all. There is no way that a boob job feels even remotely as good as a natural breast

2) Like with any cosmetic operation, there are risks associated with getting a boob job. Even if a boob job felt as real as a natural pair of breasts, I wouldn't wish for my girlfriend to get a boob job simply because of this

In my opinion, at least I am a lot happier having a girl by my side with smaller or saggier natural breasts than a girl that has incredibly perky and big artificial breasts. In my opinion the risk, and the unnaturalness of the feel of artificial breasts is just not worth it.

I have to say go for it, the fact that your boobs has a bad impact on your confidence is a clear sign, all over the world women are getting nipped and tuct, so i really don't see anything wrong with it, and then there are other factors to consider for example big boobs can effect your back!! The risk factor for a lift isn't that enormous, its only a little tightening of the muscle, so to experience the joy of having beautiful boobs do what you have to do

Have you looked into exercises that work on the pectoral muscles? My girlfriend worked into a natural boob job at the gym. Natural has other advantages, no scarring or complications. She didn’t loose any weight at all, but she is way firmer, (like a lift), and is looking REALLY nice. She’s way older than you too.
Hey, if that doesn’t work you can always look into surgery. Get several opinions on your options, and just for the record, I think you look nice enough to get by with one area that isn’t perfect.

If you're not planning on walking around "nakey"-- I think a good bra would accomplish what you're aiming for. This option worked for my sister who had a baby 9 months ago. Things just weren't fitting like they used to. She was looking kinda saggy until she went and got herself measured and picked out the PERFECT bra for herself. Talk about a MAKEOVER!! ( two thumbs up!!)
My opinion is that implants or ANY kind of "boob job" is unnecessary unless it's causing problems health wise.

Don't do it,I don't know how good of shape your in,but try this do push ups.About 15 to 20 a day,get fit, push ups will increase your chest muscles and bring out the firmness in your boobs again.Be natural. Also try wall push ups.Don't worry the push ups will not make your arms big,it's a chest exercise.

loook cutie, guys don't really see boobs as a very imporant thing, and you got the looks already and your boobs are still in good position well i would need to see them but im positive they can't be that bad plus why take any risks for sumthing thats not really important you know there's been cases where the surgeries went wrong and ppl only ended up even worst i mean the chances of this happening are slim but the risks are still ther its like getting AIDS its rare maybe but stillt he chances are ther and in my opinion i don't think you should cause you dont need it :)

If it makes you feel better... do it. I am in the same boat as you... I'm 25 though. I find myself checking out other women's boobs... not because I'm a lesbian or something... just because I want to know if mine are normal or not. It drives me crazy too. I just wanted to let you know that I feel the same way as you do, you aren't alone. Maybe we should start a support group. Good luck.

If that's all it's going to take to boost your self confidence, then go for it.

Just don't get on a track of having "this and that" done.

How much exercising do you do? Chest exercises can help tone and firm, although not the same as a lift.

You probably don't need a lift, but maybe small implants just to firm them back up and lift them a little. I doubt you need a lift at 19 and lifts are more involved and cause extensive scarring.
