Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Blah, blah, blah. All the answers sound great if you are naturally motivated. I had lost weight once before working out ALL the time etc.. but after awhile life got in the way and I put it all back on. I joined Weight Watchers last year. There is no quick fix but if you learn how to eat properly and know that anything can be exercise it will stay off. You have to find something you like to do for exercise as well. It doesn't have to be 1 solid hour it can be a collection of things you do all day. I am currently the youngest person in a water aerobics class!!! but I love it!!! I have lost 30 pounds so far and it has been the easiest thing I've done so far. I 14 more to go so good luck to you.

The first step is accepting yourself for the way that you look now and realize what you want to change. If you want to lose weight than you are going to have to to research into your dieting and exercise.
Start by figuring out a rough idea of how many calories your body burns in a day:
http://www.stevenscreek.com/goodies/calories.shtml
That calculator should give you a rough estimate of what you should consume to lose 1 pound per day. This information gives you ideas for a diet routine. You will find that losing a lot of weight is easily achieved by cutting saturated and mono fats. Stop eating hamburgers and any fast food right now and I personally garuntee that you will begin to see a difference.
Something important to remember is you should substitute ground beef (every time) with protein enriched meats such as turkey or grilled (never fried) chicken. Stop eating candy, sugary snacks, chips, and everything else that is overloaded with fat and you think tastes oh so great. After a very short time (a few days probably) your body will start shedding fat. A healthy diet will consist of snacks like apples, bananas, trail mix, oatmeal, and any other assortments of whole grains, fruits, or vegetables.
Eating healthier will also give you more energy, make you feel better overall, trim you down very quickly, and improve your mood. Bananas have been scientifically proven to release seretonin in the brain which stimulates happiness and heightens a positive mood. You will also need to consume a decent amount of carbs per day but ensure you are keeping the fat minimal to none while watching your overall caloric intake.
In simpleton terms, remember that your body is a huge energy storage. What you do not consume in energy is stored as fat for later use. If you are overweight it is a good indicator that you are not active and you do not make healthy food choices. You need to shed some of that built up fuel your body has put on.
You are still a wonderful human being with an overall need to know what food and activity choices are better than others. It is an outstanding thing to develop a drive and ambition into wanting to lose weight. Good luck with your weight loss.

My advice to you would be to yes diet. Don't just not eat though. By dieting that includings something small for breakfast like toast, cereal bar..just something to get you going. Lunch a salad, sandwhich. Dinner eat what you like just in small proportions. Not drinking soda really cuts back on weight gain. So if you can stick to water, flavored water. However dieting is no good unless you exersize too, start yourself off with 15 minutes a day and work up to at least and hour a day by the end of the month. Keep accurate measurements of yur waist, arms, legs any trouble spots so you can see the improvements as you go along. Mostly just maintain willpower, don't give up on yourself and good luck :)

Losing weight is not always easy, but over 90% of us can do it if we really try.
1. Exercise! Don't listen to that "crap" studies that suggest that you must do 45 minutes of cardio all at one time to lose weight. Examine the women in NY city and you will notice that most of them are thin because they always walk. The streets are loaded with walkers. Those city walkers walk about 6 times per day.
2. Diet. Have you ever seen a fat vegetarian? I've only seen one chubby one in my life, and all the others are like sticks. They stay away from processed carbs and saturated fats. I did the vegetarian thing and I lost weight like crazy, but I was not consuming enough calories, so now I only eat a partial vegetarian diet and it works better for me.

It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic). You need to re-learn how to eat.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

work out at least 3 times a week if not every day, eat a balanced diet with less fat, and maybe some dietary supplements will help too. if you join a gym usually one of the trainers will be willing to help with some information about supplements that aren't dangerous or anything like that. don't go for anything that they talk about on TV.
