He is 21, and has a girlfriend and now daughter, he wants to get an HGV licence in order to better him self, although I gave him 5 grand after I gave him part of my inheritance, he wants a motorbike, golfclubs, Subaru, and me to lend him the Grand for his HGV...also doesn't have a house, but points out to me if he has the HGV he can buy the house(after 6 months of been at work)

Am I been taken for a mug or a caring Father, he is 21 we have all been there, I am sure I will appreciate the lesson he is teaching me when I am 60.........................

Listen very closely. But it's hard because they are not the best songs. But I noticed right away when Kelly Clarkson's "Because Of You" and Evanesence's song almost EXACTLY the same! I am not sure of the title of the Evanesence song but it is a ballad and the lyrics in the chorus go something like, "When you cried I wiped away all of your tears..." Wow. Evanesence could really win that lawsuit against Clarkson's songwriters/ record company.

I did one time when I was walking through Beijing, the sights, sounds, and everything all together struck me. I suddenly seemed to feel like I was floating, and that everything appeared to have this glowing effect, like an unseen life was controlling life. Could someone explain or point out a website that explains how this tax works in plain english. I'd like the main concepts to be explained first so that I will have an easier time understanding all the details.

The way I understand it, transfers to people younger than you are subject to the tax, even if they are not related. You are given an exemption amount, after which you are taxed the same as the estate tax. Taxable distributions and terminations are tax inclusive, and direct skips are tax exclusive. Inclusive means the tax is actually taken out of the gift itself, so the person getting the gift gets substantially less.

I also know there are a lot of details dealing with trusts, but I don't really understand them. I'm taking an online CFP class and I'm finding it difficult to read through this section and understand it.
