Listen very closely. But it's hard because they are not the best songs. But I noticed right away when Kelly Clarkson's "Because Of You" and Evanesence's song almost EXACTLY the same! I am not sure of the title of the Evanesence song but it is a ballad and the lyrics in the chorus go something like, "When you cried I wiped away all of your tears..." Wow. Evanesence could really win that lawsuit against Clarkson's songwriters/ record company.

The song is called "My Immortal" and yes, they do sound simmilar, but not enough so for a law suit

" Achkey brakey heart" & "Living On Tulsa Time"
The Beatles ripped off Richie Valens and Billy Ray Cyrus ripped off Eric Clapton.

I think that Evanesence song is called My Immortal and no, I dont think they sound the same.
