My friend is wondering whether this movie would be too scary for her 8 year old son to see. Anyone who has actually seen it, please respond. I know it's rating and what that means. I want to know more, from people who've actually seen it. Did you feel it is too scary? He saw the first one and was ok with it.

They are my life, my dogs. I love them like they were my kids because they are innocent in this world. People judge and fear what they dont understand and I wish the world would realize that this is the year 2006 and that our society doesn't need anymore ignorance than what we already have to deal with. I feel I should stand up for the dogs who can't speak for themselves. I wish we could only be as understanding as some of these dogs, always willing to give love and be loyal. I love my dogs!

Just wondering if there are any particular foods that are more suited for dealing with a fever. Common sense would dictate avoiding hot food and sticking with colder foods, but sometimes the most apparent answer isn't the right one.

I had my appendix taken out when I was a teenager so it's not that, but sometimes I get an awful pain in my right pelvic area. Activity really makes it hurt. I get it about once a month and even marriage activities make it hurt.

Why should anyone under the age of 50 join the AARP. This is a powerful orgaization that is largely responsible for the current state of Social Security and Medicare. Ours and future generations are now saddled with perpetually high taxes to support these poorly managed entitlement programs.

Historic Social Security Tax Rate
1950 - 3%
1960 - 6%
1970 - 8.4%
1980 - 10.2%
1990 - 12.4%
2000 - 12.4%

What is projected
1984- 2015
The Social Security program brings in more money than it spends. The surplus money is loaned to the federal government.

2015-2037
The Social Security program spends more money than it collects in taxes. The federal government pays back the money that the Social Security program has loaned to it with interest.

2037-2075
The SS program runs annual deficits totaling 30 trillion dollars

Buddha lived around 560 B.C., Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses even Isaiah (700)B.C. lived by God's covenants, truths and laws way before this guy came along. They prophecied of Jesus, they understood His principles and nature. Buddha himself when asked to define the state of nirvana replied that he himself had never tried to solve this question, He just wanted to show man the way to escape the suffering of life, not to describe what he would find once he had been liberated. Buddha appears to have been sincere but severly misguided and yet so many people worship him or his way instead of worshipping the one who is truth. Jesus said I am the way, the truth and the life, no one can come to the Father but through me. How sad that people seek all else.

Me and Heather [g.f] were talking about kids and she asked me what age would I wanna be before I have kids? Since I never really thought of this before, my question to YOU is:

What would you say to your man if he proposed having kids? What's the youngest for you to have? and if you already have kids, how old were you when you had your first?

I am not saying Muslims are bad people. Most of them are very nice people. But compared to all the religions, the chances of being a religious extremist are much much higher if one is a Muslim. It has been that way since Mohammed founded Islam in the 6th century.

I think Islam teaches religious conquests. Even Mohammad did religious conquests. Even the Christians performed massacres in the name of religion in the medieval times... and the Muslims did too! Muslims went on conquests and destroyed churches and other places of worships.

Over the years Christians have moved away from the religious fanaticism. Hindus, Buddhists were never fanatics. But the Muslims have got stuck in the 6th century. They are just not coming out. Had it been not for the OIL (thanks to the combustion engine), middle east would have been the poorest regions.

Can anyone explain to me why does Islam produce extremists "consistently" for last 1500 years?

Time to question Islam.
