I had my appendix taken out when I was a teenager so it's not that, but sometimes I get an awful pain in my right pelvic area. Activity really makes it hurt. I get it about once a month and even marriage activities make it hurt.

The way you explain about the pain- History is not enof. Needs more information about your urine, motion(feces), is there any vaginal discharge and also information about your periods. Just like that nobody can give you a remedy for your pain. There are remote chances for the site where appendix was removed, to get inflammed or to get infected. Instead of a Diagnostic Laproscopy, an Abdominal or Pelvic Sonogram will help to diagnose about your pain. But the way you explain gives an idea of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (aka- PID) which can be treated conservatively. May be endometeriosis, salpingits, IBD, Ovarian Cysts, ?ectopic pregnancy, ?kidney stones- it could be any thing. who knows. For that- First you need to consult a Ob/Gyn Dr. and get your Blood, Urine, Motion tested in the lab. See what is in there. If there is any abnormality in your specimens then get it treated. For other(answered) problems you will have some or so many other symptoms. But you didn't mention any thing else except the pain on activities (what kind of activities?- need explanation) You will have different symptoms for different infections and diseases. Are you constipated? any burning micturation? do you have high temp. in lower abdomen? need more infos.like this. I dont want to mis lead you for nothing. Please have a Dr. check you ASAP.
Best of luck

is it the side where your appendix had been taken out? because if it is, it might be kind of like a wound that's re-opening, make sure you go to the doctor, it might be the fact that your appendix has been taken out that probably caused the pain. a lot of surgeries that are meant to help get rid of the problem actually cause new problems in the future. make sure you see the doctor. =)

could be a fibroid, which is a tumor on the ovaries and fallopian tubes. they usually hurt before and during your menstruation cycle and can become irritated during and after intercourse. talk to your doctor, an ultrasound can make a better determination.

no chances of pregnancy? could be a tubal pregnancy, or a normal one and your muscles/cervix are beginning to stretch. go see your doctor

could be endometriosis if you get it before you start your period. other dd include cysts, kidney stones, inflamatory bowel disease (chron's or ulcerative colitis), septic arthritis (but that's stretching it). For endometriosis, see your doctor so you can get put on birth control pills. laparoscopy is the gold standard for diagnsosis. It is also the most common cause of infertility over the age of 30. It could also be salpingitis.
