I agree with Bono on his statement on poverty in Africa, but what about the US. There are children here that go to bed hungry and there parents work for minimum wage and work hard and don't have medical care for there children or themselves and don't even get a good education. So why is it this away if u are in a foreign country u can get all these services free,but not here .

If you dont want teen mums on benefits and free houses etc why not encourage abortions instead of insiting they have the kids, withotu telling them the small print like they can't do parties and clubbing and social life etc...


you can't complain anbout teen mums wanting to axct their age and do things others their age do when you made them have the kid instead of getting rid of iot like nothing happened...


Likewise is it not thwe anti abortionists that wont let graphically explicit sex ed, condom machines in secondary schools, morning after puills available in schools and elsewhere for free, and complain against suggestions to put teen girls on the pill...


So there fault the needed the abortion in the first place, which you stopped then complain about them getting on benefits, houses and wanting to be irresponsible... er teenagers. not supposed to be responsible.

So Why not make better sex ed, contraception, MA pills and if it fails encourage abortion not having kids?

Feminism assumes the roles of men and women are merely enforced and preserved by social pressure and customs. However, if this is true, why are these same roles so consistant, (though with exception) throughout all of nature?

Throughout nature males defend the females while the females defend their young. Throughout nature females, instinctively, bond with, nurture, and care for their young. Throughout nature, females are dominantly appreciated for their maternal and domestic wisdom. Throughout nature, the males oversee all the herd, flock, or society, (with few exceptions).

Though there are species in which gender roles are switched, these are greatly outnumbered by those practicing 'traditional' roles. If the supposed roles of men and women, (practiced for thousands of years) are solely enforced by social pressure and tradition, why are they upheld by nature?

I find that friendship between males has much stronger bonds than in between females. Cos women tend to be much more competitive; easily jealous and suspicious. Any explanations for that and how can a woman prevent themselves from becoming like that?

We don't know for sure yet but she has a tumor on her pancrease. And by all accounts that is not good. So how do you act? I don't want to talk about being sick and what might happen. She of course is very worried and VERY negative about the whole thing. How to handle this?
