Thanks for finally asking this question. I get so sick of rock stars and celebrities helping out other countries while people within their own cities are starving. I recently heard that Bill Gates is donating 600 million dollars to another country to help the starving. What about Americans? It makes me think that these people are doing it for the publicity instead of true goodwill. The same people who are donating money to these countries who are in desperate need because they have no birth control and therefore their population are out of control are the same people who rant and rave against welfare here in the U.S. It just boggles my mind.

I agree...it can save some lives though. But I believe our countries should first look at the poverty stricken millions on their door step. Create employment, better wage bracket, better health and education.

They're not free and in limited supply in 3rd world countries. But I agree with you that there is a lot of room for improvement right here. First step, vote for the person that most closely reflects your views.

Trace the fault back in the education system.
What went wrong before and after independence.
Find the missing puzzle that will help you solve that silly blunders with slip-ups and human errors with rudeness and self prides with self discrimination on planet earth.
Let me know if you still can't find it.
Otherwise have to wait for the yellow ribbon to come out on planet earth.

Surrender I hope, and I disagree with you and Bonehead. Our corruptament has sent millions of wasted tax dollars there already, and most of it was stolen and used for personal gains via the corrupt despots that rule there, it's time for Africans to make a stand for themselves and fight to win their freedom just like our ancestors did.
