Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

There is only one way to lose fat and keep it off. Eat less and move more. And you need the desire to do it. (that's the most important part)
All the wacky diets out there are not sustainable for most people over the long haul. You have to get used to eating less food and get in the habit of more exercise. It is really that simple, even though it is not so easy to actually do.
I was fat a long time (about 70 pounds overweight) and when I got it in my head I had enough. I've lost 45 pounds by eating less and working out every morning before work in the past 3.5 months. I expect to be at my goal weight by Thanksgiving. It does not happen overnight, but take a long road of work and dedication.
If you are looking for a "magic bullet" you are not going to find it.
Good luck!

EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE!!! That's the secret! an average 13 year old girl should be somewhere between 100 to 130 lbs with a 1,000 - 1,500 calorie intake each day. If you don't like exercising or you're not fit, just go for a walk or ride your bike. Get your butt off the couch and do something. Clean the house, mow the lawn, walk the dog, run a mile, anything as long as it doesn't involve eating or sitting around. If you have an iPod, start dancing to the music. It's all the little things that count. Cut down the sweets, bread, and soft drinks (don't replace it with diet). Drink as much water as you can. I drink about a gallon a day and I eat a bowl of cereal with non fat milk each morning. Fruit for snacks, half a turkey sandwich for lunch, and bbq chicken or fish for dinner. About once a week I treat myself with whatever I want. Whatever diet you have, lay off the sauces. Don't ruin a salad by dumping ranch all over it. Remember, eat healthy and exercise.

Eating a less processed diet, walking more (a lot more) and altering my food intake to match my activity level. I stopped being afraid of lifting things and now routinely lift 25-70 lb items in our office work. I eat far less than I used to - and only when I'm hungry. I lost 25 lbs but it took two years. I am now 5'7", 125-130 lbs and stronger than people think I should be for having a slight frame.
No one really thought I needed to lose weight - but I was amazed that I now weigh less than on my wedding day - and am stronger and much more physically capable.
Overall - cut out the processed stuff - buy basic ingredients and cook from scratch. Learn about nutrition, and how the body processes fat, protein and carbohydrates. Know how much fat you are cooking with, especially. You will be amazed at the variety of food out there - grains like quinoa, barley and amaranth - nuts, legumes (learn to cook them right - and you'll be surprised!) fruits and vegetables (yams and squash are very overlooked, and have lots of vitamin A and vitamin C)
Finally - once you've been eating this way for a while, 'bland' food starts to taste better again. Your tastebuds lose the craving for the sugar and highly salted things - and subtle herbs and flavorings are 'noticeable' again -- like a smoker regaining feeling in the fingertips, taste and smell after quitting. A little spice (paprika, curry, rosemary, thyme, even lemon rind) can make a whole different meal out of the same ingredients.

I don't think any diet plan works. It's about balance, fullness level and craving control. For balance, I look for longevity in populations. Right now it seems that the Mediterranean folks and Asian folks have good balanced healthy diets. I myself like the Mediterranean style - I substitute olive oil for almost all other oils and butter. As for fullness level - it's a different type of thing to get in control of. One of the best ways I found is the following: set up a daily menu (foods you can tolerate eating for one month) - breakfast snack lunch snack dinner snack. After you have that set daily menu, stick to it for one month. Eat no more and no varying. You want to teach your body to notice fullness. The consistancy teaches your body not to be so hungry because it begins to know when it's next meal is. Once you complete one month you know fullness level - now you can begin reducing portions to begin weight loss. As for craving control, the strangest thing happens when you feed your body the same foods - cravings for anything else besides what the body is going to get fall away. Your body knows that it's going to get an apple mid-morning then it begins craving that apple mid-morning.
Good luck

Yes. For me, I went to the Biggest Loser website and browsed around. There was a free calculator for what I wanted to weigh and how to get there. I try to eat 1,200 calories a day. It's hard sometimes to only eat 1,200. I LOVE sweets and I'm getting into Merlot wines. I don't exercise and that would help. Even just walking. Good luck.
