The pageant is being held at the Shrine Auditorium on July 23rd.
The Shrine is very close to the University of Southern California. Maybe they will be staying at the campus there.
Since Donald Trump owns the Miss Universe Pageant, I'd bet they are staying in a hotel he owns.

The second link shows a contestant at the Wilshre Grand Hotel in Los Angeles. They might be staying there!
