How do you feel about flag burning? I think its awful and disrespectful to our country and the people that died for it but I don't think it should be illegal to burn a flag.

I know a lot of people say "the USA flag is like the statue of liberty and other monuments". But really it isn't, even though they may symbolize the same thing they are different.
Those monuments are government propert. Very different from a flag that you buy (YOU OWN). If you buy a peice of fabric you should be able to burn it or do whatever you want.

Although flag burning is awful, people should have the right to do it.

relationship between social movements, population growth and living patterns? Can someone help me find a site that tells me a current social movement that addresses some aspect of population growth. Present a brief description of this social movement. Explain how the social movement is trying to affect social change? Explain how living patterns will be affected if this social movement is effective and explain how living patterns will be affected if this social movement is not effective. Be sure to include the three theoretical perspectives – functionalism, conflict theory and interactionism. I do not even know where to begin with this one. At supper all a ate was a couple pieces of watermelon, and my dad like was making me feel guilty like I was going on a diet cause I think I'm fat or something but I just wasn't hungry.
