Almost every boy in america wants to play football, about 40 million minors in the US so 1736/40000000 which is 0.0434%. A low probability! Punter would be easiest, all you need is leg strength.

Regardless of how much talent you have, you also have to have the right breaks.Someone in the football hierarchy must take notice of your talents, and give you a tryout. There are so many talented players out there and the difference separating them in many case is minute, but some seem to have the breaks they need, and then there are those who are afflicted with "hard luck".
