My sister who has just recently turned 16 keeps puting on weight. (She is not pregnant) She follows a satisfactory diet incl lots of fruit and veg. She does a fair amount of exeercise for her age but nothing is helping. Her self confidence is as good as nothing. Any advice on something she can do diet and exercise anthing!!!!

What do you need to be an inspiration?

Inspirations are taken in countless times by people. What about the inspirators? Oprah Winfrey seems to have it. Angelina Jolie does too. What is it that they posess to make people want to be like them or to start new things brought up by the inspirator? Even if we lose to Germany, we should be happy of their perfromance and not make excuses for any loses. We know that we Italian fans could be good winners, but lets show how to be good losers too!
