A friend was offered a job with my company based on outdated state required criteria. I gave her a copy of the new criteria, which clearly showed she was not qualified, that I got off the internet at home. I gave it to her during an after hours dinner. She went to the interview and asked questions and I was wrote up for attempting to destroy a program by turning away qualified people. I gave my employer a copy of the old criteria and the new and asked that they be attached to the write up and they refused to put these documents in my personnel file. I placed them in the file my self and they removed them. Is this legal?

Okay...so I have a old Emachine...and the MB blew. So I bought a new MB as most similar to the old MB (microATX)..swapped it out...and now I am the stage of configuring BIOS...and booting up XP. Of course, I got a screen that told me to telephone Microsoft...to get the new installation code...and Microsoft sent me to EMachines...would only give me a universal product key...and no dice yet. Somewhere I read that Windows XP that came bundled with the Emachine would not reactivate unless I swapped out an exact MB to the one I had...but there is no exact one from Emachine. The question is, obviously...can I activate XP and if so, how? I do not have restore CD's or another copy of XP...any suggestions greatly appreciated!
