Since this is so long...I'm going to just have to give points of the story. If I didn't, it would take like 3 of these boxes. -It feels like my mom and bf are in a 'silent war' w/ each other. -My mom doesn't really like me going to his house & she doesn't think that kids our age should be going out for as long as we have-13mons. i've had no reason to break up w/ him & it seems like she's finding a way to do so. i'm her only child & she says that if my dad were here (away for work) that it would be easier. bull. my bf doesn't want to fix it & i feel like i'm in the middle. and IT SUCKS! i told him to be the bigger person & talk to her w/ me but he won't. now he doesn't want to come over or call the house anymore. :( i just don't know how to approach my mom & talk to her w/o fighting, but i want to get this resolved. oh yeah, my bf and i are...get this...going to turn 18 in september (me) and november (him). WE"RE ALMOST ADULTS!!! *sigh* i hate being an only child. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I took the Private Investigator course from one of those but I am not even doing that type of work.In Tennessee , where I live, you have to be licensed and it costs like 150 bucks to take the state exam.But I know in some states you don't have to be licensed.Anyway I'm now going to school for welding.

assuming there is asbestos in my popcorn ceiling, is it easier to just apply new drywall over the popcorn? also it may be a messy job to scrape off the popcorn anyway. i was thinking of using a layer of plastic in between to avoid disturbing any loose popcorn. any suggestions, experience, or advice?
