My mom was just found out she has cancer. Im 13 years old i dont know what to do. the doctors say shes gonna be okay they all said shes gonna make it and i believe it caus emy dads last wife died of cancer and they said she was going to die but im so scarred i dont wanna looser her im only 13 and there are 4 other kids and i dont know what the older ones lost another mom.

My golden retriever, I guess shook his head too hard, and broke a vein in the floppy part of his ear. The "flop" has filled with blood and it is about an inch thick. This is the second time. Last time the vet drained it, put a little drain in the ear flop and viola, healed. Well that cost me $600. Someone told me I shoulda just left it alone and it would heal and the blood would be absorbed by his body. Is that true? Or is it another trip to the vet for us?????

I received a lot of great answers to my previous question so I hope I can get more with this one. I am praying that this doesn't happen, but if for some reason I do lose the sight in my right eye, would I need to start using Braille or since I am 34 & can still see with my left eye, should I just leave it alone. I would still want to continue reading my bible verses but I guess as long as my husband and
my daughter read them to me and express the meaning when I have a question would this be sufficient enough. I am trying not to stress over this but since it will be a couple of weeks before an eye appointment, I would like some refreshing & supportive advice. I met my fiance on an online dating site. It was my first attempt at online dating. As a very naive person, very soon we were conversing online and on the phone. I found him very appealing. We lived in separate states but eventually we met in person. It was love at first sight. We got engaged after 9 months of dating. All was well and I was in love and thrilled to have such a wonderful man in my life. Then I discovered by accident he has profiles in a multitude of online dating sites, including some adult/porno sites. I stopped my use of the dating site where I met him immediately after we started really dating. He did not. This is very upsetting to me. He knows I know and he continues to do it. It has created big problems for me, abusing alcohol as one of the ways to cope with this situation. I think I should end the relationship and move on. But I still love him even though I despise what he is doing. We are in our mid-40s. What am I to do? Suggestions and opinions are welcome.
