If I'm not mistaken, you usually don't use street names in Japanese addresses, right?

The address system works fine because it narrows down the location by ward (ku), area (cho), block (chome), and finally house number. That's all right if you're walking around town trying to find a place, and that's also perfect if you take public transport.

However, if you're driving, things get a little confusing, don't they? For example, how can you tell someone how to get from Ginza 5-12-8 to Nihombashi 3-14-7 if you don't use street names?

how come there are so many people on here and otherwise saying how they could never be unfaithful and that they are so in love with their significant other...but yet there are so many people that are cheating and/or being dishonest about their relationship? it seems like so many people say they want to be in a straight forward, monogamous relationship without all the bs and games but yet its so hard to get that. why??? my boyfriend/fiance just up and decided he didnt want this relationship anymore after years of being together and talking about marriage and him saying he was ready to put all the bs behind us and be together. im having a really hard time dealing with this. not to mention we are 28 and had known each other since childhood. i just dont understand it.

I still don't understand the whole cut/copy/paste thing.
If I'm looking at a web page and I want to insert that address into one of my questions or answers,without going back to Q/A page and typing it in how do I do it?
What if I want to insert some text(but not the whole page) for example, if I want to insert a paragraph from an article.
Do both pages have to be open?
How do I trasfer that information from one place to another?
Please make answers specific and as simple as possible.
I apoligize if this sounds like a dumb question, to the computer litterate,unfortunetly,I am not.
