There would be no way for me to actually KNOW that I am definitely the one and only living human on earth... It would be impossible for me to know that... (It's a mighty large planet.) So REALISTICALLY, my answer would have to be that I would be traveling to wherever I hadn't been yet... always searching for another living survivor... (Who probably thought that he/she was the last man/woman alive on earth...!)

If I was the last man I would look for the last woman and start over like adam and eve. if no women around then guess would become Tarzan and live with the apes. IF everything else fails there are always sheep roflmao just joking.
