Should I wash off the tonner before applying the mousturiser? Please help me out.

the answer is no-apply moisturizer over toned face. Most products have steps to follow which would be-1.cleanse 2.tone 3.moisturize

Read the instruction. Use 1-2 a day - first mik. then tonner and moist.

with cleasing milk..wash..
wipe face dry..
apply tonner.. let it dry a bit without wiping it off..
apply your moisturiser.. thin layer would be ok
once in the morning and once before you go to bed
if you have facial scrub once a week will do the work
depends on your skin

Clean your face with deep cleansing milk. Then use the tonner and then apply moisturiser........It is that simple

yes the moisterizer comes in the end you scrub clean and then moist - just like in a garden
