u should be able to use like yahoo.com and google and msn and dogpile by going to the bottom of the site and submit to search engine, try there

It take lots of work and months before you will see your site at the top of the search engines. Here are a few things you can check:
-Title Tag should be very few words and consist of the main keywords
-Description Tag should be keyword laden but appear normal as a normal description. Keep to 150-180 characters.
-Keywords Tag – keep this to less than 10 keyword phrases and only include those keyword phrases that are part of your web page content. List the primary keyword phrase first. The order of the keyword phrases matters. Plurals matter too!
-Header

have a good content first......then try to get links back to your site(blog) from the sites that r already indexed by search engines.
manual submission does not help at all...as per my experience....

sooner or later google will pick it up but you need other sites to link to you first so start putting on the not so good ones to start and let google find it
