Luke's reference in Acts 17:6
To "politarchs." ( whic in NIV version is translated as "city officials")
For a long time people thought Luke was mistaken, because no evidence of the term "politarchs" had been found in any Roman documents. Then archeologists found a first century arch, in Lukes time period, with an inscriptionthat begins," In the time of politarchs...." It can now be found in the British Museum in London. Since then 35 more inscriptions have been found mentioning the term politarchs, showing that Luke was precisely accurate.

One prominent archeologist carefully examined Luke's references to 32 countries, 54 cities, and 9 islands, and didn't find a single mistake. How can you believe the Bible is just myth and fairy tales?
And yes there are more archaeological finds too, but I thought I would just give 1 example.

Recently my boyfriend of 4 years went away for 2 weeks. And when he came back he told me that some girl came on to him, a girl who knows me and wanted to have sex with him... well that didn't bug me because as much as this. This girl that I don't know at all gave him a back massage and hugged him and now there are rumors going around that he slept with her. He has cheated on me before and then lied to me about it on another one of these trips. between a good girl & naughtly little whore. Back then Good girls wore nice relaxed clothing that did not really expose anything. The Bad Girl would wear tight clothing, & back then it was obvious that the bad girl was a s l u t. Now in 2006, it seems like all the women are wearing some type of tight revealing clothing. Now thongs are being widley accepted in the United States. My question is,if the tradional good girl image is gone, why do some of you ladies, call other ladies sluts or whores, when you practically dress like them. How would a man tell the difference.

I am writing a screenplay in which someone dies from an OxyContin overdose, and some things I am wondering about is if mixed with alcohol how much OxyContin is necessary to cause a fatal overdose? And what are it's effects when someone is abusing it (ie are they more withdrawn, or more outgoing)? Also when improperly used how long are its immediately visible effects obvious?
