I haven't been to the dentist in a long time (bad I know) but I've have an appointment later this week. I'm pretty sure I'll need at least a couple of fillings done.

How long does it take for a general check up? It's been so long, I don't remember!!! I mean, how long will I have to hold my mouth open for?

The problem is, over the past 10 years I've developed quite severe TMJ syndrome and I can only hold my mouth open for 2 minutes and no more before I'm in severe pain. And I can't open it very wide either. How do I deal with this while at the dentist?

And what happens when I get fillings? How long does that take? Is there anything they can use to keep my mouth open but take the pressure off my TMJ joint?

Even if you can only answer some questions, like how long things take, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

I can partly understand europeans buying american car because of their comfort and luxury, but a japanese car? They are made for considerably shorter humen, the quality of the product is no way near european one, their models all lookalike other, the EU-board tax raises the price 7%, and one of the essential reasons: the jobs and benefits of buyingdecision are given to people on the other side of the world, not to own area.

So:why on earth a japanese car in Europe?

I recently bought a new property that is in a Homeowners Association. I have filled the approriate Archetectuial Review request with the association however the "dig date " approached and the pool contractor started the work. The city granted the proper permits. Saturday I reciecved a notice stating to cease and decist work until written approval is received from the HOA. Is this legal? This is my private property , the work is not visable from the street and all permits have been issued. The pool builder states they ( the HOA) must serve us with a restraining order to legally stop construction ? any answers?

I've been in a relationship for 4 yrs now with my current boyfriend, he's good to me and it's like he is my BESTFRIEND in the world! We do everything together..... But i wanna be with a girl. I think? England will be meeting Portugal in the Quarterfinals on Saturday and the Portuguese will also be without two key players who were red-carded, including Deco (likely their best player). Terrible though the referee was for this match tonight against the Netherlands, as an England supporter I'm pretty chuffed right now. :)

republicans are using the religious conservatives and middle management as a tool to continue to raid the pockets of working americans and tell the people that are just getting by with 300,000 dollar mortgage and two kids in college that america is great and the poor want to be poor otherwise they would gey educated and rich well how many jobs do you think there are that pay 100,000 a year .and how many pay just 10 dollars an hour and who would work for ten when they could make 20 there is only so much oppertunity and you have to fight to get anywhere in any company to get better pay you are no smartter at 50 making 100,000 a year then you where at 22 coming out of college you have been trained for every job you do and told what your job is where it ends and who you listen to .is there room for one more boss in your company and are there 10 applicants for it --doese that show you anything this keeps your pay down the more people who are qualified to do the job the less valuable it is.
