is it ok to dance with other people besides your boyfriend at a high school dance?

is it ok to dance (grind / freak dance) with other guys if i have a boyfriend? i have no intention of cheating or anything but im just wondering since he doesnt like to dance at high school dances (he doesnt like mainstream r&b / rap /hip hop). please, no answers from people who think grinding is wrong!

Grinding in itself is an OK activity. But, if you do what you say with other guys at a dance with your boyfriend just sitting there, he should find another girlfriend. I mean no offense, but it sounds like your not for him, and what you're doing is not fair.

My really good friend had a similar situation. Her boyfriend hated to dance but she absolutly LOVED it. They have been going out for 2 years, and at first she felt bad so she did not say anything so at dances she would always be in a bad mood and it was just bad. They both had a bad time because of it. Then later in the relationship she got up the courage and explained her feelings to him. He was surprisingly very understanding. He loved her so he didnt want her to be bored or upset. I would suggest that you talk to your boyfriend about it and tell him how you are feeling. He may at first be kind of upset, but ask him to put himself in your position. I hope this helps!

It should be OK to dance with other guys beside your boyfriend. It's just a social activities, Talk to your boyfriend and hope he understand.

It depends on how serious you are with your boyfriend. If you love him then NO.. Because he would probably get really mad seeing you freak dance with some guy. But if ur not that serious yet then yea i guess its ok.
