most tv breaks are 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. unless you paid for all the different time blocks-the networks may not like longer formats b/c then they can't fit as many advertisers in. I think 90 might be acceptable though - it would be almost like a mini-infomercial. They usually go in 15 sec. blocks too.

BTW-shorter commercials are better for consumers memory retention...
