I understand what it means,i don't understand the allec part,or however allic is spelled?Just like when someone says"im sick and tired",i get tired of things to,but not sick.If a person gets sick evereytime he or she is tired of something,i think there may be something wrong with that individual.

i have an 8 month old guiena pig named sadie. When i let her out of her cage to roam around the house.......she usually ends up eating the carpet and chewing on the corners of the rugs in the house. What can i do to keep her from eating the carpet, i dont want her to get sick!PLease help

Any one travel regularly on Southwest Trains routes and agree with me that they give a 200% BETTER service than they used to.. i have only had slight trouble twice since Christmas, and that was due to a Signalling Fault both times (which is out of there hands..) i think we should all switch to the Train..Where Possible.... MUCH Safer than Being with Some of the Nutcases and Dangerous drivers on the roads... Anyone agree?

my wife just gave birth to a girl, I'd like to be a good father and give her the best possible upbringing, how do i go about this, what are the do's and don't etc , my parents tried to give me a very good upbringing and education as well as a good religious/moral training but i still made some very wrong decisions that had great negative consequences in my life, i don't want my daughter to make such mistakes, i'd also appreciate links to great websites or books that i can read up. i really want to get this right

When i origanly asked her out, she said yes, but her mom said no. Then she went and got grounded. So now we have to write letters and talk on the phone everyonce in a while. We arn't allowed to go out. Im not sure exactly why. Its either because A) Her friend is my Ex. or B) Her mom doesnt trust her because shes grounded. Im not sure,ive heard multiple things. why are they so many people who are not from england think that they can win the world cup? i mean.if you are english, its a different story because its your country after all..
but the rest of the world?? i dont see how they are alot better than holland and no one seem to think holland can win it..
do you think maybe its because the english premier league is the most popular league in the world and therefore we are not very very familiar with the great players from the rest of the world who are not playing in the epl? after all, we know all abt the english players as all except 2 or 3 english players plays in the epl.

I have a 3 year old husky, he's very nice to ppl and other stuff but when other dogs aere in his sight, he became aggresive and barks at them( unless the dog is another husky..then he won't bark but go and smell them)...i know dogs need social life..but how can i tell if he just wanna socail and play with other dog or he just wanna attack another dog??

I was watching TV the other night and Stephen Fry (really clever guy in case you dont know him!) was saying that the bubbles were actually caused by imperfections and dirt on the glass. Is this true and if so then why is normal wine not fizzy?
