Any one travel regularly on Southwest Trains routes and agree with me that they give a 200% BETTER service than they used to.. i have only had slight trouble twice since Christmas, and that was due to a Signalling Fault both times (which is out of there hands..) i think we should all switch to the Train..Where Possible.... MUCH Safer than Being with Some of the Nutcases and Dangerous drivers on the roads... Anyone agree?

I have found the trains to be much cleaner than they where.. i mean, its only our fellow travellers who make them dirty in the first place.... and much much safer than being on the dodgy roads anytime....

I find the train to be far too expensive and the cleanliness of the trains and the customer service to be appalling to say the least.
I can drive from my home to Hampshire and back for less money than the one way ticket would cost plus it is actually quicker by car.
People aren't going to give up their cars and use public transport until the transport is clean, value for money and run at convenient times.
In my home village the bus service is once a week, not exactly helpful if you work 5 days a week

I agree with Madame Spud - I use the train everyday and they are getting better, but a lot of journeys are just far too expensive. Not that owning a car is that cheap either! I cycle whenever possible...
