A genuine, nice guy, is it on the street? At house parties? or Church? Where is it easier as well to approach a girl? I'm not talking about when a person is drunk so don't include that in you answers please thank you.

You can find a guy where ever you want, but you have only to be in the right moment

If you want to meet guys, go places where guys go but women don't. Sporting events, sports bars, comic book shops though the pickings are pretty slim there, any place where the odds are in your favor.

Also, genuine nice guys aren't usually the first guy to come up to try to talk to you, as they tend to be a little shy. If you genuinely do want a nice guy (because many women say they do and discover they actually don't) you may have to approach them, or at least throw some incredibly obvious (to you anyway, guys are kind of oblivious) signals their way.
