You can tell when someone loves you by the way they look at you, if the confront you when you are down and have your back unconditional they help uplift, they call you alot, and also you can ask her or just throw hints around to her in a way that doesn't look suspicious.

You know your partner loves you if he/she unlocks your car door before you get there.
You know your partner loves you when all she wants to do is be around you, just becuase you smell so great.
You know your partner loves you when she does little things to impress you.

just be honest and upfront with her by telling her how you feel for her and then ask her how she feels about you. be certain to tell her that you want her honest opinion and that when she gives you her answer she can't give it based on how you feel for her on just say what she thinks you want to hear.
Whatever answer she gives you you have to accept. if you ask a question then you have to accept the answer that comes with it even if it's not what you wanted to hear. Just please don't propose to her especially if you are not ready to get married. Remember be honest and upfront and prepare yourself for her answer especially if it turns out to be something you didn't really want to hear. i hope everything turns out how you want it to. :-)
