i am spotting and i have had two previous miscarriages and have gone to the hospital on the 13th of june and the doctor said baby is ok but i started to bleed again on the 19th should i be worried what can i do, so scared right now i am wantin to have this baby will she/he be ok......

How come the USA will fail in Iraq?

I'll tell you why. The American Troops are fighting for a paycheck. If you take that paycheck away the all powerful USA military will stop fighting. The Insurgents are fighting for their country and their way of life and they ( Insurgents ) have pride. The Insurgents are fighting due to the fact they have been invaded by the Americans and they ( Insurgents ) will fight to the end of time. The USA troops will be defeated like we were defeated in Vietnam. Shame on the USA and shame on the Troops for going to Iraq.

Morality question / label question / stereotype?

Short version: I read in a book last night written by Christians that secular humanists are going to hell because they don't believe in Jesus, and that their morality is always changing cause its not based on the absolute existence of God, but changes cause science is always changing the view of the world.

So my question is, do Christians really believe this? Do you really try and label me as a non-Christian? Do you really think people who aren't Christians don't have an absolute morality?

I think most Christians are decent people and know this stuff isn't true, but theres a part of our culture that is being given books like this and they believe this stuff without learning about other people.

One proposal for the Flat Tax would replace all taxes with a 35% sales tax. What do you think?

In this proposition, all income, property, use, sin and sales taxes would be replaced by a blanket 35% consumption tax on all goods and services, to be sent to the Federal Government and delegated to the various states and municipalities.

There are about a dozen incarnations of this idea, please answer to the one proposed.

Why don't we put as much energy/money into education and health as we do in following celebrities?

If we all stopped caring about celebrities and what they do, what they wear, and so on, wouldn't all this nonsense just go away? We seem disgusted with their lives (ie how much $ they make, the free stuff they get), but yet we're the ones asking for more, more, more, so the magazines give it to us, the tv gives it to us, and so the cycle continues. Why don't we just stop caring and put our time and energy into things that actually affect our lives?

Is there a program I can download that will make the sound louder on my laptop: watching movies is v quiet?

Why does God endorse slavery?

Exodus Chapter 21, verse 20:

If a man beats his male or female slave with a rod and the slave dies as a direct result, he must be punished, but he is not to be punished if the slave gets up after a day or two, since the slave is his property.

Leviticus Chapter 25, verse 44:

Your male and female slaves are to come from the nations around you; from them you may buy slaves. You may also buy some of the temporary residents living among you and members of their clans born in your country, and they will become your property. You can will them to your children as inherited property and can make them slaves for life, but you must not rule over your fellow Israelites ruthlessly.

What in the world? Why does a supposedly loving and just God condone the buying and trading of other humans? Shouldn't he love those people? Discuss.

What's your MPG for your 2005 Mustang?

I'm interested in purchasing a 2005 (or newer) Mustang. I love the retro design. I know the sticker labels an expected MPG of anywhere between 17 and 25, but I'm interested to know what your experience has been? Please, I'm only interested in 2005 or later, and please indicate if you own the V6 or the V8.

I was married,but my wife died.I got married again and divorced.Now I am gay.How will I tell my 3 kids.?

Why does my girl resist when I show that I like her.?

We are dating each other and like each other, but she usually dates bad boys that use her. Whenever I tell her how I feel about her or look at her with admiration she gets weirded out and says hurtfull things to push me away. She says she has intamacy issues (which she has been working on with her therapist), and is not used to dating guys that like her. How can I be myself and express my feelings without causing distance between us? I want our relationship to grow, but it can't if I have to hold my true feelings inside for fear of loosing her.
