It's the "Forbidden Fruit Syndrome". They want what they can't have. It happens to both men and women. As soon as the intention for a man or woman to get married is announced, it seems that possible suitors come out of the woodwork. It is almost as if they realize that that man/woman is being taken "off the market" so-to-speak. Either that, or they feel safe flirting because you are already spoken for. All I can say is - don't give in to the temptation, that's ruining a marriage before it even begins. Best of luck to you.

I'll take a dig at this one. A close friend of mine says it's because women want to have what other women have. Myself, I have had a few ex's up and get married on me and I couldn't be happier. If I ever loved him, I'd want him to be happy, right?

My take on it is a little bit unorthodox. I would approach it as a conquest. Just like some men hook up with women just to see if they can, I love a good chase. Of course not if any friends, coworkers or family members involved.

Its the universes way of testing you. I feel whenever something good is going to happen to you the universe tests you to see if you'll screw up and ruin everything.
