So, my girlfriend and i have been together for 7 years in a mostly long distance relationship, we went to seperate colleges have seperate careers (she is in Med School - I am in sales), both of us have felt like we needed a break at one point or another but we have never broken it off completely. there has been true love here the kind you may never find in a million years of searching. She decided that she loves me, but is no longer in love (for now). We still talk everyday and see eachother once in awhile, She is my bestfriend, but i can not just be friends with her right now there is no initimacy, she has been coming around more and being warmer with hugs and actual passionate kisees. But still needs to time. What else can i do to get her back...not convince her or trick her to love me, but get her to feel the same way.

I am the romantic type that loves to do nice things for her man. I dont cheat or flirt with other guys and I like to show my man how much i love him. 1. Friend we r staying with moved out to occupy house she purchased.
2. Husband and I stayed to finish her lease.
3. We r paying rent though neither of our names are on the lease.
4. Complex has received checks for rent with our names on it, but did not question my friend as to who we were.

I am in a small 2 man office in chicago. Our corporate headquarters is in Australia and we communicate with them via e-mail and video conference on a weekly basis. The man I work with is a tech. support rep--I am in sales. He has been with the company longer than I, who just started in March. He is an anal, detailed person and for me the "devil is in the details" so to speak.
We are always at loggerheads, about how I write e-mails, how I package orders, that I can't burn CD's properly or remember things well. I try to write down what I can't remeber. But he is always telling me that he is having these conversations about my lack of detail with me bacause Australia doesn't like conflict and wants him to talk to me. He wants to be privy to my phone conversations and be kept in the loop on everything I do. He speaks with Australia on a nightly basis and I'm certain there is conversation about me going on behind my back. What should I do?

For example, my most spiritual thing I have ever done in my life was when I was on the mountains once, and I danced to "the sky", watching the sunset. I was only missing a partner, but I felt the fresh air, and the energy coming inside of me. The feeling was like I am sorrounded with freedom and peace, and there is nobody to come in my way, and destroy it. There is no enemy to hurt me, because I felt my self much more powerful than anybody. I was all absorbed in the gorgeousness of the nature, enjoying the melodious notes of my music, which wasn't only classic. There was pop and modern songs too. How about you people?

This is a very good friend and this person is having a surprise party for her elderly mother and the mother's sister. I thought it was in very poor taste to ask for money in lieu of gifts, on the invitation. Being the big mouth that I am I told my friend that I thought it was in very poor taste to ask for money in lieu of gifts. The family would like to send the sisters on a cruise or something, which I think is great to have everyone pitch in.
Is it tacky to ask for money on the invitation?
Can you register with a travel agent and put on the invitation registered at.....? What is the proper etiquette?
