Yes, you very well MAY be pregnant, but their is a good chance you are not, buy a pregnancy test to make sure, or go to the free local family planning clinic, and they will tell you for sure, and maybe hook you up with some free BC if you are interested.

No, you've had your period. It's probably just cramps or discomfort associated with your period. Did you have unprotected sex? Did you use birth control? If you used protection and birth control, then you should be fine. If you're unsure, use a pregnancy test. Next time, use a condom or birth control to be safe.
If you've had your period, that means that the padding inside of your uterus is shedding. The padding is required for pregnancy, so most likely, you're not pregnant.

There is no way to be pregnant when you are on your period. However, if you think that you could be pregnant then it may be implantation bleeding. It usually is about 3 or 4 days and is very light.

Those pregnancy symptoms you thought you were feeling were actually pre menstrual symptoms. They can be quite similar.
Also, if you just had sex on the 8th of this month, I don't think you would be having pregnancy symptoms so soon.

Depends on how your "period" is. It could be bleeding... but in this case, if you were pregnant, it would be an ominous sign. Try a urine pregnancy test.

You can be pregnant and still have your period, although it's not common.
Take a pregnancy test.

Absolutely...my sister had her period through her entire first pregnancy. Sometimes your body just doesn't stop the cycle.
