Does anybody know where I can buy or order decks of tarot cards from? It has to be somewhere that either delivers free-cheaply, or is somewhere near London/Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire area.

Not real familiar with the London Area, being in the us.
You can try to do a search as wel on the internet, or your local directory as well. Other places to try ebay.com, shopzilla.com, and bizrate.com.

there is a fantastic shop in the lanes in brighton that has an extensive collection (i even saw a deck based on the Manga cartoons there!), i dont know the south very well so apollogies if its miles from you!
Failing that, try the online book stores, make sure you get to see all the card designs before you purchase as you should ideally choose a deck that you feel an attatchment to. Steer clear of decks that use pips like playing cards for the minor arcana as these are very hard to use unless you have a good memory, instead opt for a deck that has a picture on each card.

If you have a look in one of those cheap bookshops like bookworld or somewhere they usually sell them in place like that I think they are usually somewhere around £5 for one of those sets with the book telling you how to read them and also the cards. Good Luck

Don't buy the tarot cards yourself, its very unlucky. You need someone to buy them as a gift for you.
I'm afraid I don't know anywhere that will deliver that far for free.

Why don't you just type it in a search on the Internet and check all the sites that come up along with their shipping cost, sometimes it's free.
