There is no passage in the Bible forbidding masturbation. The closest you'll come is passages about lusting in your heart, which is not the same thing.
God created you as a sexual being. The joys of sex belong to you, a gift from God to you.
Caution: remember that Satan has counterfeit "gifts". Be careful not to let him pervert God's gift to you.

There isn't any. The Bible does not forbid masturbation. Why do you care what some book of mythology says, anyway? If you want to do it, go ahead! There is no big, bad genie-in-the-sky who will strike you dead for doing what comes naturally.

The Bible does not talk about masturbation. On the other hand, it does talk about lust. I have found that it is impossible to masturbate without lusting...think about, what are you going to do, think about cereal?
