If my mother is not my father and my best friend is not my uncle, so who took my dog??

Sister: What's that mean?
Mum: Go ask your Father. I think he's in the garage.

Sister: Dad, can I take the dog for a walk around the block? I asked Mum but she said the dog was in heat and that I should ask you.

Dad: Bring the dog over here. (He takes a rag, soaks it with gasoline, and scrubs the dog's rear with it)
Dad: OK, you can go now but keep the dog on the leash and only go one time around the block.

(A few minutes later with no dog on the leash)

Dad: Where's the dog?"
Sister: The dog ran out of gas about halfway down the block, my cat is trying to pushing her home.
