i have a 6 year old boy. i was married still to my ex husband and when the child was born it had a beauty mark, like my ex's and they both had the same blood type. when i was with my ex, i met my current boyfriend now, for the past 6 years we slept together, now my boyfriend and i are with my child everyday and we see some resemblance in the child like his head features and color of his skin and it worries me. i don't know what to think because my ex supports his child and see him all the time. but in my heart i think my current boyfriend is his father, what should i do. i am scared to tell my boyfriend it might be his, and scared to tell my ex. what if it is my ex's and not my boyfriends, what if visa versa, help.

Let's say, we built technology and depend on it..
Such as how we built cars and automated machines to help transport us
from place to place, and thus we walk less, we become obese
and become out of shape. Thus we depend on cars and machines
such as those, because now we cannot walk far distances because
we are fat. Now let's say in the future we eventually develop
such extensive technology that we depend on it 24/7 to survive.
And let's say that we eventually pay less attention to skills such as
modern enginnering or electronics. So in the future we depend
on a ridiculous amount of technology, enabling us to be
useless in essence, and than we also don't apply the effort
to learn essential skills in maintenance and innovation because
we're so lethargic.

One day an accident occurs and our technology is rendered
useless and we have no means to recover from it since
we are completely incapable of functioning without technology
and have no skills at all.

Is this a likely end to mankind?

This is a plea for civil disobedience while we still can. Today marks a day in history that every American should be ashamed of.

Mayor Ray Nagen takes yet another stab at the citizens of New Orleans with his order to send in the National Guard. The mayor's policy towards a militarized police state is unacceptable, and needs to be stopped.

Action must be taken to secure our lives, families and homes from these tyrants.

I currently have $11k left on my 11%APR credit card. I'm thinking of paying that off and not investing any funds towards my Roth IRA this year. Otherwise, I could put $4k in the Roth and $7k towards the credit card. Any ideas?

I feel like no matter what happens I'm playing the same part, only the characters change but the script is the same. I constantly feel lonely even though I have many friends. I just feel as though I don't really fit in anywhere and no where feels like home. I also feel that people expect the only reason for someone to be depressed is if something bad happened to them but I've felt this way since I was a child, even though I've tried to change things. What can I do? I feel like I'm losing my mind! (I even have imaginary friends to help with the loneliness)

All the songs are extremely sexual in nature and offensive, even the "love songs". It all glorifies the use of drugs and alcohol. It advocates the mistreatment of women and girls. The videos always portray women in a negative light, in sleazy clothing and always the objects of sexual lust. I know all cultures listen to this mess, and see the videos, but most all black youth (and black people) seem to have a special affinity for this derrogatory music. I don't allow my son to listen to it. Then, is the kids don't have the clothing that are featured in the videos at school, then they are not "cool" and get made fun of. I think most hip hop should be banned. It's taking black people back 80 years, and destroying kids minds with oversexed, materialstic nonsense.

Friends of mine (resturaunt owners) heard that if they hung a ziplock bag of water from the ceiling (actually put ice in it...let ice melt...and keep bag hanging from the ceiling afterward) that flies would be nonexistent in their establishment. and it worked. as a result, another friend of mine tried this on and around his deck...also worked. Burnt a clean ISO image of Winxp Pro to a dvdr one track one session.. however at boot time my puter will just overlook the disc. in bios i have set it to booting offa cd before all else including the internal hdd. what can i do? should i just front a dollar for a cdr and try that? did my burning software ROXIO just not burn the image correctly or something. i know the image works i know that roxio has extracted the image correctly.

If you are to model Light in terms of waves, then, sure it will have its wavelength and frequency, but if u were to model it in terms of particles, then as we know, massless particles do not have wavelengths/frequencies (no De broglie wavelength because there is no mass involved). So how come when finding the enerygy of a particular photon, the equation that we use involves frequency of light?
