i have a 6 year old boy. i was married still to my ex husband and when the child was born it had a beauty mark, like my ex's and they both had the same blood type. when i was with my ex, i met my current boyfriend now, for the past 6 years we slept together, now my boyfriend and i are with my child everyday and we see some resemblance in the child like his head features and color of his skin and it worries me. i don't know what to think because my ex supports his child and see him all the time. but in my heart i think my current boyfriend is his father, what should i do. i am scared to tell my boyfriend it might be his, and scared to tell my ex. what if it is my ex's and not my boyfriends, what if visa versa, help.

I beleive I have the answer you might need I think I understand the problem you current boyfriend resembles the child there might be a possiblity thats its his due to resembance, on the flip side is a man who was been paying child support for 6 years. Ok well I did some research and found a possible solution for the paternity part, forensic testing also there is a toll free number you can call and they can assist you in the best type of discreet samples to send in1-877-714-6360.

The second issue if it is your ex's then thats the easiest posibility everyone already thinks its his. Now if it is your boyfriends I can see some issues coming up it shouldn't spooke your boyfriend since he's been cool with caring for the child for 6 years as it is. i see it more with your ex I am not sure if he can file a claim against you. I have asked a buddy of mine who happens to work with the government add deals with child support so I proposed the question to him as well for his input. Hope this Helps

First off talk to your boyfriend. Tell him you think that he might be the father. Than you three can go and get the paternity tests. If he is the father than you need to go talk to your ex and tell him what is what. It is not fair that your ex has to pay for a child that is not his.

If you find out that your current is the father you need to contact the child support office and tell them the results and have the support agreement terminated.

Legally I don't know if you have to but morally you need to pay you ex back for all the child support he's paid towards a kid that is not his own.

If it is your ex. Than there is no need to tell him his kid not might be his because you know.

Have a paternity test turn. Since you divorced your x what does it matter if it's not his.. But be careful u may have to repay child support if the baby doesn't belong to ur x.

you should probably stop parading around like a hooker....and look into something called "protection"

Well since you were divorced for 2 years...then the kid is from your current b-friend....which basically means you are screwing your ex for his cash. niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice....

Take them all on the Maury show. Then all you have to do is live with the stigmata of being a cheatin' ho.
