What is your favorite type of yoga and why? I would like to try out some different types (I usually do Ashtanga or the basic Hatha forms they offer at the rec center.)

ok. i finally talked to this guy and we determined that we haven't seen eachother in 8 months....so for now we are just friends. i used to like this guy and he said "FOR NOW" he only likes me as a friend. he likes this other girl (probably temporary) but i was wondering what should i do when i see him...yes be myself...but when he gets over the girl..? he is probably rejoing the (my) swimteam so we'll get to talk more...but help! i could use some advice from the guys to!

my nephew who is 15 years old mildly autistic, ADD as well as some emotional problems was caught by my sister haveing sex with her boyfriends 11 year old daughter. now the 11 year old is saying he raped her. mind you she is more mentaly developed than he is. her case worker even told her father that he should expect her to be pregnant within the next 2 years. her mother is a drug user, has lost custody of her other children and has in the past that we know of had sex with many men, while the girl hid in the closet.she was also sexualy abused by her mothers boyfriends brother a few years ago. she strives for attention and does anything to make her parents happy wich includes lying or changeing the story so she doesnt get into trouble, her mother will get her to say and do anything to make herself look good and her dad look bad. she is much more developed than any girl her age. i just want to know what is the most likely out come. my sister also has other small children in the home

If you live near a popular tourist beach area, do you find that you avoid the beach most of the summer? I live close to Virginia Beach and I never go...if I do decide to go to a beach, it's usually to Buckroe Beach in Hampton or all the way to the Eastern Shore.
