I've bought a Gateway PC that has 1 SATA Hard Drive, I have all my backup on a IDE Hard Drive, so I opened the PC and realized that the only IDE slot is connected to the CDROM drive, can I use it to connect my IDE HD to restore the information to the SATA HD?

My 6 year old beagle/terrier mix isn't acting normal. It all started last night when my dog was laying on my bed. She was rolling around being restless. She's normally a dog that likes to be outside, and today shes been laying around all day. She is fixed also. Last night when I let her outside, she just laid there by the door on the patio, when normally she runs out and starts barking at everything. PLEASE HELP ME! I don't want her to die!

I need a roommate to help pay for my mortgage, However, my 110 year old house isn't suitable to have a stranger room with.(I am SLOWLY rehabbing it) My ex and I get along pretty well, but dating others is impossible. He broke up with me after I lost alot of wieght and says he doesn't mind if I date. But it would make things very uncomfortable and I don't want to rock the boat since I am the one who needs help to pay the bills. (joint household bills) We were together for almost 6 years and have been broken up for 1 year, seperate bedrooms. Any ideas. I am in my mid thirties and am looking around, but this is a screwed up siutation.

we have one cat already he's male, 11 mos, fixed and front declawed were getting another cat that is female, 4, fixed and totally declawed. the older cat is used to other animals but the younger male isn't. will it be okay to have one cat partially declawed and the other fully?
