I would say California is the coolest state I have visited. But I haven't been to New York yet! California was fun because we drove along the coast from L.A. to San diego and it was so beautiful, plus the shopping on Melrose ave. is affordable and you can see many celbrities just out walking around town. And the V.I.P. treatment at the clubs went far beyond any clubs around where I live in Louisiana!

welp the coolest, as in pretty sweet place to hang would be California, because very nice weather and lots of things to do.
