why don't you shut the hell up and HELP your boss. In the good ole days, being proactive at work was a good thing. You and this unbeilievably lazy blame-seeking generation of losers is a huge problem and a drag on society and the economy.

Get to work.

Sorry king of the dickheads yelled at you. I have a feeling he may be a classic type A boss (type A- hole)...LOL

Apparently you're not familiar with a couple of phenomena that have plagued working stiffs since the beginning of civilization (and j-o-b-s).

One, in the workplace it's usually not the cream which rises to the top. Sh*t floats!

Two, managers and supervisors often are control freaks.

Good luck.

Or maybe you just get tiered of hearing her bizich all the time. I know what you mean. I hate when people act like that. As if they are the only people to work hard. Just try to ignore her the best you can. Or when she starts complaining about how stressed she is say something like,"Aren't we all, but all you can do is make the best of it, right!" Try to turn it around. When ever she says something negative you try to find something positive to say back to her. She should brighten up, or she'll quit telling you all her problems.

Many people only are aware of their own feelings and struggles. It could be a blind-spot, we all have them. Try to relate to her as best you can, otherwise maybe find somewhere else to work. When she is telling you something you can say "Yeah I know what you mean. Just the other day....blah, blah..." Tell her something you are going through. Maybe she needs to hear that other people are having struggles in their life too. Hope it goes well.

Well, she's the boss and you're not. So either go along with the program or find another job.

But you would rather that everything be about you? Hmmmm. I believe, maybe, if you can impart compassion, you may just forget that you're wanting to be the narcissist.
