I live in a big city and I am sponsering a bar crawl that approximately 30 people will be involved in, there's a major street with about 20 bars on a 12 mile stretch and for added fun this time I thought it might be a "good time" to add a scavenger hunt to this.
Please supply any ideas/items that might be fun to add to my list of things that can to be obtained in a 6-8 hour time limit.

I have 2 examples below on the list.

Ladies have to get 1 guy to give you their underwear & vise versa.
You must have your picture taken with an exotic dancer!
(that one's gonna irritate my married male friends wives...lol)

I'm called Elliet and I'm female. Anyone else called this, spelt the same or knows someone?

I have never heard of another person with this name. I would be really interested to know if there is anyone else out there called this. NB its the spelling that throws people. I think there was a woman in Scrubs, the medical tv programme called it, but it was spelt as the male version.

Do you know about "Quantum Learning"?

When I was a child, there were a presentation from a company who entitled their presentation as Quantum Learning. In fact, it's not a presentation. It's more like a promotion. Latter, I found out that many people say that it's a great way to change our way of learning something. Right now, I want to know about Quantum Learning. help with turning on windows xp computer.?

I have windows xp home ed. i'm the only one who uses the computer so when i turn it on, it just goes from the "windows xp" screen to my desktop. but yesterday, it now goes from the "windows xp" screen to the "welcome" screen where i have to click on my username to go to the desktop. i tried going to user accounts in control panel, but when i unclicked the welcome screen box, now it just gives me the "original" log on box, which i don't want also, since I'm the only one who uses this computer! can anyone tell me how to set it up so it goes directly to the desktop without having this "click on your username" stuff?? Thanks!!

How do you know that god rewards blind faith in him? Maybe he wants you to be skeptical?

This very poorly thought out idea of Pascal's does bring up an interesting point. Suppose god rewards the atheist, the agnostic and the skeptic. What if he punishes people who don't even bother to try to think for themselves and only follow dogma?
This would make god a much more rational being.
Would the creator of everything dump his humans on a planet, provide no answers for their existence, (other than the mad ramblings of so-called 'holy men') and then expect them to follow a book written by man to explain himself? Or is it more logical that he would create humans, dump them on a planet, provide no answers for their existence and hope that they would continually question and doubt his existence?
There is also the problem of his creating pain and suffering. But that isn't what I'm asking.

Vinyl Siding: How much does it improve the resale value of a home?

My fiancee and I just moved in together at her home. The plan is to fix it up and probably move within the next 1-3 years. She thinks that Vinyl siding is the way to go, but I think since the chances are we will be selling the house that I should just paint it myself. We got an estimate for 17k for the vinyl siding and she seems to think that we will get all or most of that back in the resale value of the home. Does anyone have a clue if this is true?
