I want to go back into the military but I have to lose my excess fat in a month, i have to lose about 30 pounds. I plan on eating salad and chicken and apples but thats it. I also planned a two a day gym visit that are about 2 hours each. Also gonna be taking diet pills. What else can I do to speed up the process? I need help!!!!!

About getting braces?

I am getting braces soon and a palate expander. Can anyone tell me about how long the palate expander stays on and if it hurts? Also i have heard that alot of people get a space in between their front teeth because of it. Does anyone know how long this gap usually stays?

if not eating how long would you metabolism last?

If for some reason you dont eat for a while how long until you metabolsm would shut down? also would your body take your muscle or fat stores first? if you exercised would you be able to keep our metabolism going?

Our cat Poppy's having a mammary tumour removed on Wednesday she's not eating much, how can we help her?

She turns 11 on Monday, eating very little, won't touch cat milk, just drinking water. Is there anything we can do to increase her appetite and build up her strength for the operation? Or a supplement we can put in her water to give her some nutrients?
