i got this message in every application in program files and windows accept some like visual basic, i m administrator i think its a virus ...
can anyone help me...

the windows software you are using is incomplete, i suggest you install different windows on your system . good luck

No, you need to check your security settings in your PC.
Most likely your virus/security program and or IE settings.It has nothing to do with your operating software

You may have an 'insect' on your system. Try system restore to revert to previous good configuration.
